Statement on operational performance
We entrust all of our logistic operations, within the World in Motion CD, with approximately 5,000 items fully meeting the performance requirements contracted. Logistic operations are diversify as the receipt of palletized products, separation of products to be shipped, cargo conferences and product shipments. The operation is performed with the technological support of the WMS system, using data collectors. The loads are composed of a wide variety of split pallets. We monitor the performance of services on a monthly basis through SLA (Service Level) indicators and we can attest that the contracted services are executed with a high standard of operational excellence and quality in.
